We are at the Queens Park Savannah where the Panorama Semi-finals is taking place. Many of the bands are already here and anxiously awaiting their turn to perform on stage. We are interviewing some of the movers and shakers within these bands. We are here with Mr. Russell De Souza, Manager of Flamingoes. The band is also co-managed by Adrian Clarke..
TRINBAGOPAN: Mr. De Souza, what is the band's tune of choice?
RUSSELL: Our tune of choice is 'Judgment Day' by De Fosto.
TRINBAGOPAN: Who is the manager of the band?
RUSSELL: We have co-managers, Adrian Clarke and myself.
TRINBAGOPAN: Who is the arranger?
RUSSELL: The arranger is Tobias.
TRINBAGOPAN: How has Panorama 2006 been for you all so far?
RUSSELL: So far it is very good. We made the Semi-finals. We are practicing and hopefully we will make the Finals.
TRINBAGOPAN: What are you all planning to do after Carnival 2006?
RUSSELL: We want to build the band and allow it to go further. We will have more fund raising ventures and so on.
TRINBAGOPAN: Any final words before you go?
RUSSELL: I hope the band makes the Finals and everything starts off ok.
